Ian is vastly experienced, having been an advertising photographer based in Leeds, Harrogate and Manchester for many years, most as co-owner of Avalon Photography Ltd., working on high profile advertising and design projects. Ian has, in recent years, added corporate portraiture clients to his portfolio, including solicitors, accountants and other professionals. As a professional advertising photographer working from the North of England he has been a specialist in many areas, including people photography as well as products, still-life, food, jewellery, sport, illustrative, pictorial and abstract photography. Ian takes particular care with his use of light, and always looks for an alternative to the obvious.
